If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please Contact Us or online help within 15 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.Return Process
- If there are any issues with the quality of the item(s), please contact us through our website and provide any relevant photos.
- Please package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging after receiving our return address and instructions.
- Deliver your parcel to the neighborhood post office.
- To expedite your refund or exchange, please submit the return receipt from the shipping carrier, which should include the weight and tracking information of your returns.
You'll get a confirmation email after your refund has been processed.

If you send back an item to us directly without first contacting us, we cannot accept the return.

Beauty, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, masks, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned goods must include the original packaging and be in brand-new condition. Any item that has been used, harmed, washed, or altered in any way is not acceptable for return.

For packages that are returned to us, we do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service. Unless azahshopping makes an error, the refunds will be made at your expense.

Cancelling an order:
We work with a reputable local prepaid logistics business to deliver the shipment as quickly as feasible. The package has been given to the logistics company and incurs a logistics cost when the order status is "Packaged."When canceling, a 10% cancellation charge must be applied. When an order is "In transit," we will NOT accept a request to cancel it.
